Refund Policy
Parcel delivery time depends on which method of shipping you have selected at checkout, shipping times will be offered to you once you input your address information!
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guaranteed or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.
Rejected packages:
if the customer rejects the package at the time of delivery and notifies the postal driver that he does not want it, JUST GROWN is not responsible for refund or replacement, the rejected packages are discarded at the post office and are not returned to just grown
DAMAGES:
Please report any damage to your package by sending us an email to justgrown2@gmail.com with images or videos of the damaged product and we will contact you as soon as possible. Images or videos must be sent with the email so that we can resend the package damaged products must be notified 3 days after receipt of the product without exception
Wrong product:
If you were sent the wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience, occasionally it may happen as we process the shipment but we ship orders as quickly as possible please send us an image of the product you received to justgrown2@gmail.com with your order number one of our team will contact you as soon as possible with a resolution
Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
